Cow families are without a doubt, the most important part of our breeding program. With the use of embryo transplants and only breeding from the top end of the herd, many consistant cow families are emerging. The leading cow families at present include the  Melanies and Melaines, Belles of Duncan Belle fame, Maries, Lynettes, Violets (IMP)(USA), Ranunculus, Handsome, Carol and Ellous to name a few.

Other cow families that have been introduced in recent times include Rosella, Melys, Jade, Linda, Illagay, Bellis, Gem, Rose, Fernleaf and Babe.
